Shipping

All orders are shipped by post office. Please allow 3-5 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. Please check with your nearest post office regarding your package. We will provide a tracking number for your order, once we have received payment and the order has been sent out.

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your bank account within two to three business days.

Express Shipping is available on request, please contact us for further information. Express Shipping orders must be placed before 12PM for it to go out the same day.

Please Note: Shipping Costs will vary depending on size and weight of the order. All orders over R2000-00 receive free 3-5 days shipping.

Returns Policy

Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

All returns must receive a tracking number when sending items back to The Riot.

Domestic package returns need to be received by The Riot within 2 weeks of the date the items were delivered to the receiver.

You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain items.

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

A separate box should be used to ship items back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.

Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, The Riot will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates are not refundable.
